While we don't currently accept insurance, we are considered an out of network provider and can provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

The first session is an intake session where we listen to the therapy goals you are trying to achieve and learn more about your child. This enables us to tailor a plan with achievable goals and guideposts that will keep your child motivated and eager to participate.

At Social Prag 101, we understand that each child has unique needs when it comes to mental wellness and social skills development. We offer both individual and group therapy sessions to best cater to these needs. Our individual therapy sessions are designed to provide personalized one-on-one attention, focusing on the specific areas where your child might need support. On the other hand, our group therapy sessions foster social skills in a peer setting, which can be incredibly beneficial for practicing real-world interactions.

Each session is typically 45 minutes either in person or virtually.
